Taiki TL-JAW Boring Rings for Boring Soft & Round Jaws, for 5, 6, 8" Chuck size - 3900-4666
Features:
- Suitable for CNC lathe
- Ideal for machining soft jaws
- Attaches to front of jaws without tools, compensating for "jaw lift"
- Applies equal pressure on all jaws
- Since no discs or bungs are used to clamp jaws, through boring of jaws is possible
How to Install:
- Place the jaw boring ring over chuck and locate the bring ring pins in the counter-bore of your chuck jaws.
- Turn the jaw boring ring until snug.
- Activate your jaws.
The jaw boring ring will apply equal pressure on all jaws, allowing for a consistent bore.
