Loctite Tak Pak® Adhesives & Accelerators

Features:

• Both adhesive and accelerator contain no ozone depleting chemicals
• For electronic and electrical work
• Secure insulated wires, add tamper-proof settings, attach capacitors, mount transformers, connect strain gage leads, etc., all within seconds
• High viscosity makes the adhesive drop formation controllable, preventing surface migration and penetration of through-holes on printed circuit boards
• Sets in seconds at room temperature - clamping is not necessary

Tak Pak® — Type 444

• For temperatures up to 180ºF with a viscosity of 700 CPS.
• Kit contains a 20 gram bottle of adhesive and a 1.75 oz. bottle of 7452 ODC-Free accelerator.

Ultra Performance Tak Pak® — Type 382

• A high temperature (250ºF), high viscosity (5000 CPS) adhesive that withstands thermal cycling and "bake out" phase when boards are subjected to 225ºF for several hours.
• Kit contains a 20 gram bottle of adhesive and a .7 oz. metered mist 7452 ODC-Free accelerator.

ODC Free Accelerators

• Tak Pak®accelerator 7452 ODC-Free is acetone based. Use for most applications.
• Tak Pak® ODC-Free accelerator 712 is isopropyl alcohol based. Use on most thermal plastic substrates.
• NOTE: Acetone may adversely affect some thermal plastic substrates. Tak Pak® 712 is recommended accelerator for these materials.
